The government is helping you expand overseas.
Do you know how to access it?

The International Trade Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs, and Small and Medium Enterprise and Startup Administration have annual budgets worth more than NT$100 million to help Taiwanese companies enter North America and Southeast Asia, the two main battlegrounds. Most small and medium enterprises have never applied, not because they are ineligible, but because they do not know these programs exist. We have organized 4 programs for you.

Subsidies are not extra income; theyreduce the actual cost of expanding overseas

The funding is real

The International Trade Administration and Ministry of Economic Affairs administer budgets worth more than NT$100 million each year. The key is knowing how to apply and writing the proposal correctly.

More than an application form

The proposal must align with your business goals, and implementation needs deliverables and reports. LUFÉ's deliverables (such as market analysis and KPIs) are the information commonly needed at closeout.

They can be combined

One company can apply for different programs at the same time—for example, use exhibition funding for a U.S. show and market-development funding to build local channels.

How LUFÉ helps

LUFÉ focuses on channel entry and local execution. We help turn overseas-location evaluation, agent matching, and O2O development into a proposal written around review priorities—market analysis, channel strategy, and measurable KPIs are normal deliverables. If you are going to an exhibition, this is not the program to use; use 02 Overseas Exhibition Subsidy.
